PUBS IN AND AROUND BIRMINGHAM when you visit Birmingham
Broad Street and Brindley Place (which is just off Broad Street) are Birmingham's "MECCA" for pubs and clubs. There are around 20 bars and clubs within the two locations. They are situated less than ten minutes walk from the city centre and about ten to twelve minutes from both of Birmingham's main train stations - Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill. Both of these stations have direct lines to London Euston.
BRINDLEY PLACE
ALL BAR ONE
Lovely setting overlooking the canal, the wines and continental lagers are excellent. Also outside tables giving a thoroughly continental touch.
As the name suggests this was previously a bank. Settle here for a bit of sophistication and an excellent meal if required.
Good food and good drink. Next to the canal with outside seating. Inside long leather sofas and a very modern fireplace provide for the perfect atmosphere in which to relax. Very popular at weekends.

Good quality and great value. Close to the canal.
PITSTOP
Very pleasant waterside bar with good range of drinks to suit all.
Japanese food cooked at your table

Tin Tin Cantonese Restaurant
Good Cantonese food at a very reasonable price
THE MAILBOX
THE BAR ROOM BAR
Interesting little bar. Mainly for the younger generation. Listen to the DJ and relax or enjoy watching the dancing.
PENNY BLACKS Sorry, no picture. Similar to ALL BAR ONE they offer a good range of wines and lagers. Not too noisy therefore conversation not to difficult. It's on the Lower Level of Wharfside. Ask price of drinks before buying!
BROAD STREET
REVOLUTION
Russian styled bar where the Vodka flows. Also normal range of drinks you'd expect in any bar. Worth a visit.

ROCOCO
Interesting theme here. Before 8.00 it's quite quiet with music inside and out. Also big screen to keep up with soaps etc. Later in the evering much more noisey with a lot more drink flowing - mainly for younger generation then.
THE SPORTS CAFE
Perfect for anyone who wants to watch sports while having a drink. Numerous screen, most tuned to Sky Sports channels.
WETHERSPOONS
It's Ok. Has it's own garden. Not much else to say.
