Opened in 1991 it was instantly acknowledged as the UK's leading concert hall. The auditorium is a model of modern concert hall design and the acoustics are the benchmark by which all new concert halls are measured. In 2001 the Hall was completed with the install of the 6000 pipe Symphony Organ.
The National Indoor Arena is one of the most sought after large scale indoor sporting and entertainment venues in Europe. It opened in 1991 and since then over 4 million visitors have enjoyed over 30 different sports events and many other shows, exhibitions and formed of entertainment.

The National Sea Life Centre is one of the most spectacular attractions in Birmingham. The massive one million litre tank houses tropical fish, green sea turtles and black tip reef sharks. Many of the other attractions feature seahorses, sting rays, otters, crabs and lobsters. No visit to Birmingham would be complete without including a visit to this spectacular feature.
The Mailbox is an amazing redevelopment of the old Post Office building. It has three floors and a large car park. There is a double arcade of shops and restaurants. Above the shops and restaurants are offices and above that, apartments. Very worthwhile visiting the centre.

Star City is a vast American style complex with a great emphasis on entertainment. It is located in Nechells, north east of Birmingham near the M6 motorway - Junction 6
